David Altenhofen is Head of Investments at Accunia. Mr. Altenhofen joined the company in 2024 but has also previously worked at Accunia in the period 2014-18. Mr. Altenhof has worked as Senior Portfolio Manager at PensionDanmark. In this role, he was responsible for managing PensionDanmark's credit portfolio, which exceeded 30 billion DKK and encompassed CLOs, leveraged loans, and high-yield bonds. Mr. Altenhofen has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Copenhagen.

Andrés García Bartolomé is a Portfolio Manager at Accunia and Co-Head of the CLO platform. He joined Accunia in 2015 with the purpose of helping with the establishment of the Accunia CLO platform. Mr. García has extensive experience in the industry including bank loan analysis and CLOs. Mr. García worked as a lead analyst at the Munda CLO platform, Cohen and Company’s European CLO platform. Prior to that, he worked at UBS and at Caja Rural de Asturias, a regional Spanish bank. Mr. García is a licentiate in Economics from the University of Oviedo, Principality of Asturias and holds a M.Sc. degree in Investment & Finance from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

Christian Grane is a Portfolio Manager and Head of Multi Credit Strategies at Accunia. Mr. Grane has experience from positions in New York and London. Prior to joining Accunia in 2019, Mr. Grane worked at Mount Street, EAA Portfolio Advisors as a portfolio manager, where he managed non-performing loans, including workouts and restructurings. Previous experiences include various roles at WestLB bank, including at its US based structured finance asset manager, Brightwater Capital Management, where he was part of the portfolio management team that launched Brightwater’s CLO platform in 2006. Mr. Grane has also worked in project finance banking at WestLB and at the European Investment Bank. Mr. Grane holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs. Mr. Grane is a CFA charterholder.

Magnus Bruun Jacobsen is the Head of Risk Management at Accunia. He joined Accunia in 2013. Mr. Jacobsen was part of the original team establishing the CLO platform in 2015. Prior to that he worked as a portfolio manager of Accunia’s segregated managed accounts. Mr. Jacobsen has a M.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and the University of Amsterdam.

Christian Mosdal Bretschneider is an Analyst at Accunia. He joined Accunia in 2019. Mr. Mosdal has previously worked at Rocket Internet. Mr. Mosdal has a M.Sc. degree in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School.

Patricia Rey Herzog is the Head of Middle Office. She joined Accunia in 2017. Ms. Rey has more than 15 years of experience in the industry including CLOs and securitization funds. Ms. Rey has previously worked at Cohen & Company, Bankia, and Intermoney. Ms. Rey holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Frederik Randrup Hansen is an Analyst at Accunia. He joined Accunia in 2021. Prior to that. Mr. Hansen worked as an Assistant Analyst at Nykredit Markets Fixed Income Research. Mr. Hansen has a M.Sc. degree in Advanced Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.

Gustav Glæemose is a Portfolio Analyst at Accunia. He joined the company in 2021. Prior to joining Accunia Mr. Glæemose worked in PFA Asset Management as an Analyst. Mr. Glæemose has a M.Sc. degree in Business Administration and Mathematical Business Economics from Copenhagen Business School.

Mathias Vikner is an Analyst at Accunia. He joined Accunia in 2020. Mr. Vikner has a M.Sc. in Economics at University of Copenhagen. Prior to joining Accunia he worked as a Junior Analyst at COPI Property Investments in London.

Lasse Nielsen is an Assistant Analyst at Accunia. He joined Accunia in 2022. Mr. Nielsen is currently pursuing a M.Sc. degree in Economics at University of Copenhagen. Prior to joining Accunia he worked as a Teaching Assistant in the subjects Mathematics and Macroeconomics at University of Southern Denmark.

Henrik Nordby Christensen is the Chief Executive Officer at Accunia. He joined Accunia in 2016. Mr. Christensen worked as CEO of SEB Wealth Management from 2005 to 2014 and as a director of SEB Pension from August 2014 to February 2015. Mr. Christensen has an in-depth experience in the Asset Management industry from several executive positions and has a proven track record of successfully growing businesses. Mr. Christensen has a M.Sc. degree in Economics from Aarhus University.

Jacob Jensen is the Chief Business Officer at Accunia. He joined the company in 2016. Prior to joining Accunia Mr. Jensen worked in Nordea Wealth Management as Senior Acquisition Manager. Mr. Jensen has in-depth experience in client acquisitions and business development. Mr. Jensen has a degree in Finance and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Jan Klæstrup Hinge is the Senior Sales Executive at Accunia. He joined Accunia in 2018. Prior to that Mr. Hinge worked as a Senior Consultant at BankInvest Asset Management and as a leader and investment advisor at several financial institutions. John Lind is the Chief Operations Officer at Accunia. He joined Accunia in 2017. Mr. Lind has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He previously worked in SEB Wealth Management, where he played an integral role in growing the company from a green field project to the third biggest private Danish asset manager, and as Chief Financial Officer at Codan Bank.

Connie Jepsen is the Financial Accountant at Accunia. She joined Accunia in 2014. Prior to that Ms. Jepsen worked at Jyske Bank for 33 years and has a total of 42 years of experience in the financial sector. Ms. Jepsen has taken the Finance Training Programme.

Eva Jakobsen is the Financial Accountant at Accunia. She joined Accunia in 2016. Prior to that Ms. Jakobsen worked at Nykredit Asset Management, and Unibank and has a total of 34 years of experience in the financial industry. She was a Trainee at Vollmond & Co. Børsmæglerselskab.

Bo Walmar is the System Administrator at Accunia. He joined Accunia in 2013 and is responsible for reporting and fees. Prior to that Mr. Walmar worked at Danske Bank for 17 years and has 34 years of experience in the financial industry. Mr. Walmar is a Graduate Diploma in Informatics and Financial Management.

Klaus Runge is the Chief Compliance Officer at Accunia. He joined Accunia in 2014. Mr. Runge has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He has previously worked with Finansiel Stabilitet A/S and Gudme Raaschou Bank A/S. Mr. Runge has in-depth knowledge of Danish financial legislation and management of financial companies focusing on risk/financial management, corporate governance, and regulatory issues. He holds a M.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from IESE in Barcelona.

Caspar Møller is Head of Product Development at Accunia. He joined the company in 2018. Mr. Møller has extensive experience from various positions in the industry and at financial regulators. Prior to joining Accunia, Mr. Møller had been involved in the management of various asset management firms, including Alfred Berg/BNP Paribas Investment Partners and has held positions within compliance, risk management, and governance. Mr. Møller has a M.Sc. degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law from the University of Aalborg.

Peter Aandahl is the CEO of the Aandahl Family Office, which has it’s focus in unlisted securities, real estate and shipping. Mr. Aandahl is Chairman/Member of the board in several other firms.

Jørgen Clausen is the former CEO of COOP and former CFO of Danske Trælast A/S. 

Carsten Gomard was one of the founders of Netcompany A/S in 2000. Today Netcompany has more than 1.000 employees. Mr. Gomard is the Chairman/Member of the board in several other firms.

Allan Gross-Nielsen is the co-founder, CEO, and owner of AS3 since 1989. AS3 is a Nordic advisory firm with 800 employees. Mr. Gross-Nielsen is Chairman of the board in several other firms.

Niels-Ulrik Mousten is the former CEO at Danske Capital, Head of SEB Asset Management Danmark and Chairman of the board in Danske Private Equity. Today mr. Mousten is a member of the board in several investment firms.

Henrik Hoffmann was formerly part of the Senior Management  at Danske Bank in both national and international rolls. Today mr. Hoffmann is a self-employed advisor and a member of the board at several financial firms.

Leif Negendahl is the Settlement Specialist at Accunia. He joined the company in 2021. Prior to joining Accunia Mr. Negendahl worked in Skandia Asset Management. He has in-depth experience from 30 years of working for Brokers, Banks, and investment firms. Mr. Negendahl has a banking education.

Anders Bille is an Assistant Analyst at Accunia. He joined Accunia in 2022. Mr. Bille is currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Economics at University of Copenhagen
